In short, words - I'm two complementary individuals in one.
From one side I’m a creator, generating one thousand ideas a minute, drawing, planning, designing, and writing - I love building something new, I love continuous change then updating, modernizing, giving things new meaning.
From the other side I'm a strong analyst - I love to make decisions only based on data, strong facts, research and finally discussions.
I love the idea that good decisions can happen only if all involved parties agreed.
As a consultant, I love to be your information input - maybe because of my Strengths Finder, where Input is also my first position.
I love to share on 1:1 meetings different points of view. Then what I have experienced in such situations and even read or listen about earlier like situation you are facing right now. I love to show methodologies and tools that help me or others, and how you can utilize them to your advantage.
I believe in today business it is important to manage three areas together - people, technology, and business.
My approach is that we should help people to better utilize technology that will gain them business Improvement.
This moves us to my area of expertise - then Digital Transformation.
Many people imagine that Transformation is about introducing sexy most modern IT discoveries likes blockchain, AI, VR, IoT, Big Data and Cloud, and so on. From my perspective, this is technology sugar coating, it’s like wearing a F1 helmet to drive an old bus.
Most of the companies from my experience need to start Transformation from modernization what they currently utilize.
My role in this is to help them recognize where they can start, how to roadmap this actions and finally, where to find the first small step to make it successful. You know - setting too big, 10 years goal can stop your process just after start only because it’s hard to understand where we are going.
